1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fmbplay ("fmbplay", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at fmbplay.bet.

3 Account Registration

One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one fmbplay account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. fmbplay will close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from such accounts, and may permanently ban the associated player.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fmbplay username and password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the fmbplay platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fmbplay supports multiple Philippine payment channels for your convenience.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ are typically credited to your fmbplay account within minutes. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. fmbplay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your fmbplay account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. fmbplay will not transfer funds to a third party.

Anti-Money Laundering: fmbplay complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine financial intelligence and regulatory authorities. fmbplay may place a hold on any account or transaction pending AML review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fmbplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus rules applicable to all fmbplay promotions include:

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a general bonus rule and a promotion-specific rule, the promotion-specific rule shall prevail.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the fmbplay platform — including live casino games, slot games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or game information page. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules for that game.

Random Number Generation: fmbplay slot games and table games that are not live dealer games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. fmbplay does not manipulate, influence, or predetermine any game outcome.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects a game round or bet, fmbplay will conduct an investigation. In the case of an event being cancelled, postponed, or otherwise affected by force majeure, fmbplay's sports betting rules will govern settlement. Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fmbplay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one fmbplay account, whether in your own name or using different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with fmbplay.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the fmbplay platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to fmbplay immediately. Players who exploit discovered vulnerabilities will have winnings derived from exploitation forfeited.
• Money laundering, or using fmbplay to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your fmbplay account except where a transaction was genuinely made in error.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fmbplay staff, other players, or any third party associated with fmbplay.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's fmbplay account without authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fmbplay platform — including but not limited to the fmbplay name and logo, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of fmbplay or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fmbplay platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any fmbplay content.
• Use any fmbplay branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any fmbplay software or technology.
• Frame or mirror any part of the fmbplay website on any other website without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of fmbplay intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fmbplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the fmbplay platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fmbplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fmbplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of fmbplay, even if fmbplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fmbplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The fmbplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fmbplay makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Termination

fmbplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal from your payment provider.

• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, fmbplay reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, fmbplay may forfeit the account balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed after investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the fmbplay platform, you agree to first contact fmbplay customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. fmbplay will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is not achieved, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
